Shipping
All items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada. Tracked delivery is provided for all shipments. If an item goes on backorder, we will ship the in-stock portion of your order promptly and notify you regarding the remaining items’ availability.
Galaxy Distribution Inc. is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Mistakes made by FedEx
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Damage to package by postal service
Direct Signature Requirement and Waiver
For all shipped packages, a direct signature upon delivery is required by default to ensure secure receipt. Customers have the option to waive the direct signature requirement at their discretion.
Opting Out of Direct Signature Upon Delivery
Customers have the option to opt out of requiring a direct signature upon delivery of their package. By choosing to waive the direct signature requirement, the customer assumes full responsibility for the safe receipt of their package.

Our company shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or mishandling of packages that have opted out of the direct signature requirement. Once the package is delivered and accepted by the carrier as indicated in the tracking information, the customer assumes full responsibility for the package and its contents.
It is recommended that customers assess their delivery location’s security and consider the inherent risks associated with opting out of the direct signature requirement before making this choice. In instances where security or the risk of loss is a concern, we strongly advise maintaining the direct signature requirement for the safe receipt of your package.
By opting out of the direct signature upon delivery, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
MISSED DELIVERIES & CARRIER PICKUP
If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may reattempt delivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup for a limited time.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates, be available for delivery, or collect the package within the carrier’s stated hold period. FedEx may also send notifications regarding delivery attempts and pickup availability.
If a shipment is not successfully delivered or collected and is returned to us, return shipping charges will apply and will be handled in accordance with our return policy.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Items are shipped after processing (3-5 business days) using FedEx. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that will include the tracking number/link to follow your order.
SHIPPING RATES
The shipping rate is calculated based on your location and the size/weight of the shipment. Please contact us for a shipping rate and delivery date estimate, providing your city and postal/zip code.
DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery times provided are estimated by FedEx and are not guaranteed. Transit times vary depending on location and are counted in business days, which do not include weekends and holidays. During periods of high parcel volume (i.e. the holiday season), additional transit time may be required. Once shipments are received by FedEx, the delivery process of the shipment is out of our control. However, if an issue occurs during a shipments’ transit, our team can be contacted at info@jackandjillofalltires.com to help resolve the issue.
USA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All products are shipped using FedEx services and delivery time will vary depending on location and the service selected (ground vs express services).
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipping outside of Canada may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and brokerage/processing fees determined by the destination country, carrier, order value, and contents.
These charges are not included in product prices and/or shipping costs at checkout. All customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
To estimate these costs, we recommend checking with your country’s customs office prior to purchasing. Please note that brokerage fees are charged by the carrier (e.g., FedEx) for handling the customs clearance process.
These additional charges may be required to be paid before or upon delivery of your order.
