100-Day Trial
Because the Jack and Jill of All Tires isn’t available in retail stores, we offer the best trial experience possible. You have 100 days, from the day you receive your order, to change your tires and determine whether the Jack and Jill of All Tires is right for you. If you change your mind about your purchase during the 100 days, you may return the product, no questions asked – simply contact us to receive a free return label*. After the trial period ends, free returns and full refunds on the product price plus tax will not be applicable. Please refer to the warranty details below for any product concerns after the 100-day trial period.
This post-purchase, risk-free trial serves as our return policy. The refund amount consists of only the product price and applicable tax.
*Free returns are only applicable on purchases within North America.
Refund & Return Details
Our Jack and Jill is tested for all kinds of big jobs, but sometimes customers push them past the intended limits. We are flattered by the expectation it can lift and do anything but really it’s just amazing at changing residential vehicle tires. If you choose to push past the intended limits and damage the Jack and Jill of All Tires, a full refund for the product will not be granted.
A refund on the Jack and Jill of All Tires will be authorized once the return package is received and processed at our location. Please allow up to 2 – 3 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving a return label. After 14 days, the return label is no longer valid. If you exceed the 14 days and still wish to return your order, a request for a new return label must be made within the 100 day trial period.
Please attach all return documentation correctly on your package (return label & commercial invoice, if applicable). Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect use of a return label and/or commercial invoice will be deducted from the refund amount of the product price.
Warranty Details
In addition to the risk-free trial, the Jack and Jill of All Tires comes with a 3-year warranty on all parts. If you are missing a part or need one replaced, we will happily send out a replacement. All you have to do is send us a picture of the part and we’ll take it from there.
